Carrier pickups and manifests
Carrier pickups and manifests are currently EasyPost-only. They require an enabled EasyPost Connection, labels purchased through it, and an eligible carrier. TikTok Shipping labels and manual shipments are not supported for these actions.
A carrier pickup arranges collection from your Location. A manifest groups shipments into a carrier scan form. Buying a label or creating a manifest does not automatically arrange collection.
Schedule a carrier pickup
Section titled “Schedule a carrier pickup”- Select the fulfilling Location and open Shipped.
- Select the shipments and choose Schedule pickup.
- Review the eligible shipments and any exclusions. Sqquid groups requests by carrier.
- Choose the date and From and To times. Add collection instructions if needed.
- Optionally select Also create a manifest for the shipments.
- Select Request pickup and check the confirmation and scheduled window.
Pickup times use the Location’s timezone. The Location needs a complete address, timezone, and business hours. Use Set business hours if prompted, or set them in Settings > Locations. The requested window must fit an open day and the carrier’s minimum notice requirements.
Requesting a pickup can incur a carrier charge through EasyPost.
Track, retry, or cancel a pickup
Section titled “Track, retry, or cancel a pickup”Open Pickups for the Location. Filter by Requested, Scheduled, Failed, or Cancelled. Each request shows its carrier, collection window, confirmation, and shipment count. Expand it to review the shipments or an error.
- For a failed request, resolve the displayed issue and select Retry. Review the collection window and instructions before submitting again.
- For a requested or scheduled pickup you no longer need, select Cancel and confirm.
Cancelling a pickup leaves its shipping labels and any manifest in place. You can arrange collection again for eligible shipments.
The Pickups view is for carriers. For customers collecting orders in store, use Store pickup in To fulfill.
Create a manifest
Section titled “Create a manifest”- In Shipped, select the shipments to hand over together.
- Choose Create manifest.
- Review the eligible shipments and carrier groups, then confirm with Create manifest.
- Open and print the resulting scan form for the carrier.
The dialog explains why a shipment is excluded, such as already belonging to a manifest or lacking an eligible EasyPost label. Each shipment can belong to only one manifest.
You can also create a manifest while scheduling a pickup. Creating the scan form separately does not book collection, and cancelling collection does not remove the manifest.
