BigCommerce overview

BigCommerce is an ecommerce Connection. Sqquid can create and update products, send inventory, import eligible orders and returns, and send shipment updates.

Area Direction Behavior
Products and inventory Sqquid → BigCommerce Creates or updates selected fields and stock.
Orders and returns BigCommerce → Sqquid Imports eligible orders and supported returns.
Shipments Sqquid → BigCommerce Sends fulfillment and tracking updates.

Setup path

Section titled “Setup path”
  1. Install Sqquid in BigCommerce.
  2. Choose product field ownership and new-product defaults.
  3. Decide between pooled and location inventory.
  4. Choose the return destination.
  5. Enable the Connection and test each workflow.
