Retry skipped orders

A skipped order exists in Sqquid, but Sqquid could not send it to your POS or inventory management system. Selecting Retry tells Sqquid to try sending the order to that system again. Resolve the reported error first so the next attempt can succeed.

For an order export failure, Sqquid makes up to three attempts automatically. If the third attempt fails, Sqquid marks the order as Skipped, records the error, and shows it in the app. Automatic attempts stop for that order. After resolving the cause, you must select Retry in Sqquid to send it again.

The Dashboard’s Review skipped orders alert also opens the list of orders that need attention. See Order sync errors for checks to make before retrying.

  1. Open Orders and choose Status → Skipped. Clear the search to see all skipped orders, or search for a specific one.
  2. If the row has a red warning icon, select it to open Sync Errors. Read the messages and when they were last updated.
  3. Fix the reported issue. For example, check a missing SKU in your POS or inventory management system, or correct a Connection setting. The Connection guides cover provider-specific requirements.
  4. Close the error dialog, then select Retry in that order’s Action column.

Sqquid confirms that the order is marked for retry and queues another attempt to send it to your POS or inventory management system. This happens in the background. The order may disappear from the Skipped list as soon as its status changes.

Switch to All, find the order again, and select Refresh after processing has had time to run. Check its status and, when View is available, its export details.

Selecting Retry does not confirm that your POS or inventory management system received the order. If the order becomes skipped again, reopen the error details. If you cannot resolve it, contact help@sqquid.com with the order number, Connection, and error message.

Some orders waiting for further details also show Retry beside a processing badge. Review their errors before retrying.
