Search and filters

  1. Open Orders and set Status to All if you do not know the order’s status.
  2. Enter at least 4 characters in the search box. Search includes the order number, billing name, billing or shipping street address, and item SKUs.
  3. Pause briefly for the results to update, then select View beside the order.

Search applies across the Account’s orders, not just the current page. Shorter search terms are ignored. Use an order number or SKU if a name does not find the purchase you need.

Clear empties the search box but keeps the selected status. To return to all orders, clear the search and choose Status → All.

The Status menu offers All, Queued, Skipped, Flagged, and OK. Search and status work together, so a search with Skipped selected only finds skipped orders.

Use Skipped to review orders that stopped processing. Use Flagged for orders marked OK - Flagged. See the status definitions.

  • Select Created to sort by the order date. Select the header again to reverse the order. ID is also sortable.
  • Use Previous and Next below the table, and choose 25, 50, or 100 orders per page.
  • Select Refresh to fetch the latest results, for example after an order imports or finishes processing.

The page address keeps your search, status, sorting, and page selection. Bookmark it to return to the same search.

If an order is still missing with All selected and the search cleared, check the originating Connection’s order import rules or contact support.
