Walmart orders, shipments, and returns
Orders
Section titled “Orders”Sqquid imports regular Walmart orders after Walmart releases them for fulfillment. Fully cancelled lines are left out. Partially cancelled lines use the remaining active quantity.
Sqquid stores the Walmart purchase order ID and line numbers with the order. Those identifiers are needed later when a shipment is sent back.
Shipments
Section titled “Shipments”Before sending a shipment, Sqquid acknowledges the relevant Walmart order lines. It then sends:
- Shipped quantity by Walmart line number
- Carrier name and method
- Tracking number
- Ship date and tracking URL when available
The Sqquid shipment needs both a carrier and tracking number. Partial shipments are supported when the shipped quantities and Walmart line numbers can be resolved.
Returns
Section titled “Returns”Sqquid imports Walmart return records with status Completed and type Refund. It links the return to the original Walmart customer order and imports supported product, tax, shipping, and adjustment amounts.
Return inventory goes back to the fulfillment store by default. Accounts configured with a fixed return destination use that Location instead.
See Review previous returns to check the imported record in Sqquid before creating another return.
