Sqquid

Connect your product source

Your product source is the system your team uses to maintain product details and inventory. Sqquid imports those records and sends the appropriate information to your sales Connections.

Connect the source before enabling product publishing to sales Connections.

In the Setup Guide, expand the first goal. Its title matches the source selected during registration:

  • Connect your RunIt POS
  • Connect your Shopify store
  • Connect Lightspeed Retail (X-Series)

Use the button in that goal to start or reopen the Connection. A new Connection stays disabled until its required Setup checks pass.

  1. Have your RunIt Store ID and API URL ready.
  2. Create the RunIt POS Connection.
  3. Review its product, price, naming, and category settings before importing anything.
  4. Return to the Connection’s Setup page and enable it.

Follow the full RunIt POS connection guide.

  1. Enter your Shopify store name in the Setup Guide.
  2. Sign in to the correct Shopify store and approve Sqquid.
  3. Import or map at least one Shopify location.
  4. Review the Connection’s Setup page and enable it.

Shopify will remain the place where you maintain products and inventory. Follow the full Shopify Channels Hub connection guide.

  1. Start the Lightspeed connection from the Setup Guide.
  2. Sign in to Lightspeed and approve the requested access.
  3. Import or map at least one Lightspeed outlet.
  4. Choose the outlet and open register that will receive online sales.
  5. Return to Setup and enable the Connection.

Review any warning about missing sales permissions or a closed register before enabling the Connection.

The goal completes when the correct source Connection is enabled. Before moving on, open its Setup page and confirm that no required checks have failed.

Next, add your locations.
