Connect RunIt POS

  • Your RunIt Store ID and complete API URL
  • The correct Sqquid Organization and Account selected
  • RunIt store identifiers for every participating Sqquid Location

A RunIt API URL looks like https://xyz.runit.com/isapi/runitwebABC.dll. Ask your RunIt administrator if you do not have the details.

  1. Open Connections in Sqquid and select RunIt POS → Connect.
  2. Enter a recognizable Connection name, the Store ID, and the complete API URL.
  3. Select Connect. Sqquid opens the new, disabled Connection’s Setup page.

Before importing, review Products. Choose whether to import only styles marked Sell on the Web, which price fields to use, and how names and categories should appear.

Create your Sqquid Locations using the matching RunIt store identifiers as Store IDs. Review optional shipment sync and return export, then enable the Connection from Setup.

Missing Store ID or API URL blocks enabling. Shipment and return options can remain off.

See RunIt settings.

  1. Open the Setup Guide and expand Import your inventory and catalog.
  2. Select Import inventory and confirm it starts.
  3. Select Import products.
  4. Check Syncs for both completed imports.
  5. Compare sample SKUs, names, prices, and store quantities with RunIt.

Start inventory first so quantities are available while Sqquid builds the product records. See Run your first imports for the shared workflow and checks. Ongoing imports run while the Connection is enabled.

Where should I correct product information?

Section titled “Where should I correct product information?”

Change source-owned fields in RunIt. Review the Connection’s import settings if names, prices, or categories are being transformed incorrectly.

Check Only import items marked “Sell on the Web”. It also limits inventory requests. See Troubleshoot RunIt POS.
