Sqquid

Sync and resync

Sqquid queues saved product changes for export to the relevant sales Connection. Check Syncs to follow the work; the destination may take additional time to process it.

Control What it does
Sync Enables or disables synchronization for the product or variant
Sync mode Chooses full product sync or inventory-only sync for the product family

Full sync sends the fields allowed by the Connection’s product settings. Inventory-only behavior varies by provider; Amazon, for example, also sends prices. See the Connection guides.

You can change these controls inline or through bulk editing. Sync mode belongs to the parent product; variants inherit it.

Source imports, saved edits, and resync requests can queue products for export. Large batches and provider limits can delay completion. A queued change is not yet a successful update.

Use Resync after correcting an error or when the Connection needs Sqquid’s current product data again.

If product information or inventory fails to sync three times in a row for the same product, Sqquid automatically turns off its Sync switch on the affected Connection and marks the error. Resolve the cause, then resync to resume synchronization. See Sync errors.

  1. Select the destination Connection in Products.
  2. Open the product’s ⋯ menu and select Resync. You can also resync from its error dialog.
  3. Check the product’s export result after processing.

To resync several products, select them and use Resync in the bulk action bar. This also works with Select all matching products.

A resync queues the whole product family, even when started from a variant. It enables the parent’s Sync switch, including a parent paused after repeated errors. Individual variant switches stay unchanged, so check that the variants you need are enabled.

Resync does not fetch fresh source data. If Sqquid’s imported record is wrong or old, check the source and its import first. See First imports for the supported import actions.
