Buy shipping labels

Label purchases require a configured EasyPost Connection, or a TikTok Shop Connection with TikTok Shipping enabled and configured in TikTok Shop for eligible TikTok orders. See Connection requirements.

Automatic label purchase

If automatic rate selection is enabled on the shipping Connection, Sqquid can buy the label as soon as you open shipping or request rates. Check your Connection’s EasyPost settings or TikTok Shop settings before starting.

Ship one order

1. In To fulfill, select the fulfilling Location and expand the order.
2. Check the items and quantities, then choose Ship this order.
3. Review the delivery address and Package information. Select a saved package if requested.
4. If Pick Items appears, scan or enter each item’s SKU or ALU until the required quantities are picked.
5. Select Get Rates or Refresh Rates when shown. With automatic selection off, choose a carrier service, review its price, and select Buy Label.
6. Print the label and any available packing slip. Check the shipment’s tracking number before closing.

For a split order, you are shipping the items assigned to the selected Location. The other Location’s items still need fulfillment.

For TikTok Shipping, the order must still be Awaiting shipment in TikTok Shop. TikTok supplies its eligible services, tracking number, and shipping documents.

Packages and delivery options

Use Select a saved package for a preset, or Add package to save a package label, width, length, height, and weight. Dimensions use inches and weight uses pounds. Check the values against the packed parcel.

After rates load, package controls may appear under Advanced Options. Refresh rates after changing the package.

Require signature on delivery? is supported only through EasyPost. EasyPost can also validate delivery addresses when enabled in the Connection settings. These options do not apply to TikTok Shipping labels.

If no label is purchased

Read the displayed error and check the address, package, and Connection settings. A cost threshold can stop automatic rate selection. Review the available rates and price before choosing manually, since the threshold does not prevent every manual purchase.

If the result is unclear, check Shipped or the order’s Shipments tab for an existing label before trying again.

Ship several orders

1. Select a Location and use the row checkboxes in To fulfill to select orders on the current page.
2. Choose Ship Items to open Bulk Ship Items.
3. Select the saved package to use for the batch. Use separate batches when orders need different packages.
4. Scan or enter SKUs or ALUs until all required items are picked.
5. Select Buy Labels, then review the results and print the successful labels and slips.

Bulk shipping buys a separate label for each order’s eligible items at this Location. It automatically selects rates, even when automatic selection is off for individual shipping. If Sqquid cannot select a rate for an order, ship that order individually to choose one manually.

You can include EasyPost and TikTok Shipping orders in a batch. Each order uses its applicable Connection, but the chosen package applies to the whole batch.

Successful orders leave the batch. Failed orders remain so you can resolve their errors and retry. Buying labels does not schedule a carrier pickup; arrange collection separately.

Mark an order as shipped without a label

If no enabled shipping provider is available for the order, Ship this order opens Mark as Shipped. Confirm only after arranging shipping outside Sqquid.

This records a manual shipment without a label or tracking number. It does not send a shipment update to the sales Connection. Add tracking and complete any required customer notification in the ecommerce platform separately.
