Order details and comments

In Orders, select View beside an order. The side panel has five tabs: Order Details, Shipments, Returns, Comments, and Data.

The Order Details tab shows:

  • Billing and shipping details, including contact information when available.
  • Order items, with SKUs, product options, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, and totals.
  • Item Allocation, showing which Store ID is assigned each SKU and quantity. One order can be split across stores.
  • The export date and Connections, with recorded references such as IDs or receipt details from connected systems.
  • Order totals.

These details are read-only here. For questions about why a store received an item, see Order routing. Continue packing and shipping in Fulfillment or the connected system used by your Account.

Open Shipments to see the shipments recorded for this order. Each entry shows its shipment number, shipped date, tracking number, and carrier.

  • Select Track to open the tracking page when a tracking link is available.
  • Expand Items to check which products and quantities were in that shipment.
  • Open or print the Shipping Label and Packing Slip when available. Printable documents expire after 90 days.

No shipments found means Sqquid has no shipment records for this order. If your team ships through another system, check there too. Shipment updates vary by Connection.

Use comments for internal updates, such as a customer request or a note about resolving an order error.

  1. Open the Comments tab.
  2. Write your note in Comment.
  3. Select Add Comment.

The note appears under Activity, with the newest entries first and a date and time. Activity can also include automatic updates, such as a return being created. Comments stay with the order in Sqquid; they do not send a message to the customer. To correct a note, add a follow-up comment.

The Returns tab shows return history and lets you create a return. Follow Order returns for the steps.

The Data tab contains read-only order and item data for troubleshooting. You generally only need it when support asks you to check a specific value.
