Start with the free plan

Choose Sqquid Starter to begin at $0 per month. You do not need to choose a paid plan to set up your Account. You can upgrade later for higher limits or additional features.

Before you register

Have these details ready:

• Your name, business name, phone number, and work email
• The system that owns your product and inventory information
• A password with at least 10 characters if you plan to sign up with email

Choose the product source your staff will keep up to date in normal operation:

Choice	Use it when
RunIt POS	RunIt owns your product records and store inventory.
Shopify, coming soon	Shopify owns your products and inventory. This setup uses Shopify Channels Hub.
Lightspeed Retail (X-Series)	Lightspeed owns your products and outlet inventory.
Other	Your source is not listed or you plan to manage products another way. Contact Sqquid support for help with the right setup.

Create your account

1. Open Sqquid and select Register now.
2. Choose Google or email as your sign-up method.
3. Enter your business details.
4. Choose where your products come from.
5. Review and accept the Terms of Service.
6. Complete the security check and create the account.

Caution

Choose the product source based on where your team will make routine product and inventory changes. This choice shapes the first Account and its Setup Guide.

Confirm your email

If you sign up with email, Sqquid sends you a confirmation link. Open the message and follow the link. Sqquid confirms the address and then signs you in.

Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes. If the link cannot confirm the address, try signing in in case the confirmation already succeeded, or contact Sqquid support.

Google verifies your email as part of Google sign-in, so it does not require a separate Sqquid confirmation message.

Choose and activate a plan

Compare the limits and features shown for each plan. In particular, check how many Connections, Locations, and monthly orders your Account needs.

To start without a monthly plan charge:

1. Choose Sqquid Starter.
2. Confirm that the plan price and monthly total are $0.
3. Select a payment method and continue through the activation screens.

Note

Sqquid asks for a payment method when you activate Starter, but the Starter plan itself is $0 per month. Review the subscription summary before confirming.

After you sign in

After you activate the plan, Sqquid opens the new Account on the Dashboard. The Setup Guide remains available while you configure the system and saves its progress between sessions.

Use Settings to invite your staff or review your plan and payment details.
