Lightspeed X settings
Open Sqquid, select Connections, and choose the Lightspeed X Connection.
General
Section titled “General”| Setting | What it controls |

| Connection name | How the Connection appears in Sqquid. |
| Reconnect | Refreshes Lightspeed authorization and requested permissions. |
Reconnect after permissions change or when Setup reports missing Sales API access.
Locations
Section titled “Locations”| Setting | What it controls |

| Import outlets | Creates Sqquid Locations from selected Lightspeed outlets. |
| Location map | Pairs each Sqquid Location with one Lightspeed outlet. |
Inventory by location is always enabled. Each Lightspeed outlet can be mapped only once.
Orders
Section titled “Orders”| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Online order outlet | Selects the outlet that processes online sales. |
| Online order register | Selects the open register used to create those sales. |
| Use cross-outlet fulfillment | Deducts each sale line from its routed outlet instead of the processing outlet. |
Changing the outlet clears the register selection because a register belongs to one outlet.
Delete the Connection
Section titled “Delete the Connection”Deleting the Connection stops product and inventory imports and prevents new online orders from reaching Lightspeed. It does not delete Lightspeed products or sales. Contact help@sqquid.com before deleting the source Connection for a live Account.
