TikTok Shop products and inventory
Sqquid searches TikTok Shop for existing products by seller SKU and updates inventory for matched variants. It does not currently build a new TikTok listing from Sqquid product content.
Product matching
Section titled “Product matching”Each TikTok Shop variant needs a seller SKU that exactly matches the Sqquid variant SKU. Sqquid skips a variant when it cannot find that seller SKU.
The Products page shows the product data-flow preset and field matrix, but the sync mode for this Connection is locked to Inventory Only Sync.
New products
Section titled “New products”Sync new products automatically enrolls newly created Sqquid products in the TikTok Shop Connection. It does not create an approved TikTok listing. The matching seller SKU must already exist in TikTok Shop before inventory can update.
Pooled inventory
Section titled “Pooled inventory”When inventory by location is off, Sqquid sends the combined available quantity to the warehouse already associated with the TikTok SKU.
Inventory by warehouse
Section titled “Inventory by warehouse”When inventory by location is on, map each participating Sqquid Location to one TikTok Shop warehouse. Sqquid sends the available quantity from each mapped Location to its warehouse. Negative calculated quantities are sent as zero.
Review Dynamic Buffers and open order allocations if the quantity sent to TikTok is lower than physical on-hand inventory.
