eBay products and inventory

The eBay product data-flow preset decides which fields Sqquid may send when creating or updating inventory items. Use Custom to choose the supported inventory-item fields Sqquid sends.

New products can start in full sync or inventory-only sync. Automatic enrollment affects future products only.

Sqquid matches eBay inventory items by exact SKU. The settings screen includes an ALU/UPC fallback control, but the eBay exporter does not use it for matching. Keep the eBay seller SKU identical to the Sqquid variant SKU.

For pooled inventory, Sqquid uses the first enabled eBay inventory location. With inventory by location enabled, it sends quantities to the eBay merchant location mapped to each Sqquid Location.

Caution

The offer update also sends price and listing description and publishes the offer, including during inventory-only sync. The field matrix does not control every offer field. Test the resulting listing before relying on Connection managed or inventory-only mode to preserve eBay content.
