Exports and reports

Use Settings > Exports for a download when you need it. Use Settings > Reports to control recurring reports.

Download a CSV

In Exports, select Download CSV beside the file you need and wait for it to generate.

• The first inventory export contains inventory records across Locations.
• Simple inventory gives you a concise SKU and quantity file.
• ALU identifiers contains alternate lookup identifiers for products.

Files use the latest data available in Sqquid. For Connection product exports and CSV editing, see Bulk changes.

Turn recurring reports on or off

In Reports, use the Online inventory discrepancy switch to enable or disable weekly inventory snapshots for eligible Connections. The switch saves the change immediately. Turning it off does not remove historical reports.

Availability depends on your plan. If Reports is missing or asks you to contact support, email help@sqquid.com about enabling it for your Account.
