Troubleshoot Walmart

Select Reconnect, sign in to the correct Walmart seller account, and approve Sqquid. The Connection cannot be enabled without authorization.

Confirm that the seller SKU matches the existing Walmart offer and that both the product and variant have Sync enabled. Review the latest inventory error.

Check the variant’s ALU values for a 12-digit UPC or 14-digit GTIN that matches an existing Walmart catalog item. The offer also needs a positive price.

The default inventory-only mode updates stock. Offer and price updates run only for full-sync products.

Open the product synchronization error. Walmart can accept the upload but reject individual items during feed processing. Correct the identifier, SKU, price, or offer data named in the result before retrying.

First, search Orders with Status set to All so queued or skipped orders are included.

  • Confirm that Walmart released the order for fulfillment.
  • Check whether all lines were cancelled.
  • Confirm that the Connection was enabled during the import window.
  • Review the latest Walmart order synchronization.
  • Add a tracking number and carrier.
  • Confirm that the shipment quantities match active Walmart order lines.
  • Check that Sqquid retained the Walmart purchase order ID and line numbers.
  • Do not create a duplicate shipment until you confirm whether Walmart accepted the first request.

Confirm that the Walmart return is a completed refund and that the original customer order exists in Sqquid.

After correcting a product or inventory error, resync the product and check the result. For an order that is still missing, follow Order import checks. For returns recorded in Sqquid but missing from another system, follow Return destination checks.

Email help@sqquid.com with the Account, seller ID, affected SKU or order, approximate time, and Walmart error when the problem continues.
