Sqquid

Connect WooCommerce

  • The store’s HTTPS home URL
  • A WooCommerce consumer key and consumer secret with read and write permission
  • Access to create or review REST API keys
  • Stable, unique SKUs for sellable variations
  1. Create a WooCommerce REST API key for Sqquid with read and write permission.
  2. Open Connections in Sqquid and select WooCommerce.
  3. Enter a Connection name, store URL, consumer key, and consumer secret.
  4. Select Connect.

Review the product data-flow preset, new-product defaults, and return import. Complete Setup and enable the Connection.

Check the order import status before using Sqquid for fulfillment. The default is Completed; contact support if your workflow needs another status.

See WooCommerce settings.

Test one existing product before enabling broad publishing. Confirm that content ownership, SKU matching, and inventory behave as expected.

Sqquid imports eligible orders and, when enabled, refunds. It does not send shipment tracking to WooCommerce.

Use the public home URL, including https://. Do not use a WordPress admin page or an API endpoint.

Update the consumer key and secret under General so Sqquid can continue syncing.
