Connect eBay
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Access to the intended eBay seller account and permission to authorize Sqquid
- Matching seller SKUs in eBay and Sqquid
- At least one enabled eBay inventory location
- An enabled product source in Sqquid
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Open Connections in Sqquid and select eBay → Connect.
- Sign in to eBay and approve access.
- Return to the new Connection’s Setup page.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Review product field ownership and automatic product enrollment. Check inventory locations and any location mappings before enabling the Connection.
Use exact SKU matches. The ALU/UPC fallback control does not provide fallback matching in the eBay exporter.

Sync behavior
Section titled “Sync behavior”Test one seller SKU and check the resulting offer in eBay. Inventory-only sync can still send offer price and description and publish the offer. Confirm inventory at the expected location before adding more products.
Sqquid imports recent orders whose fulfillment is not started or in progress. It does not send eBay shipment confirmations or import eBay returns.
Where does pooled inventory go?
Section titled “Where does pooled inventory go?”Sqquid uses the first enabled eBay inventory location. For separate location quantities, review the Connection’s location mappings.
Why is an order missing?
Section titled “Why is an order missing?”Check its fulfillment status, creation time, seller SKUs, and latest order sync. See Troubleshoot eBay.
