Connect TikTok Shop
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Permission to authorize apps for the intended TikTok Shop seller account
- Existing listings with seller SKUs that match Sqquid variants
- The TikTok warehouses that correspond to your Sqquid Locations
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Open Connections in Sqquid and select TikTok Shop → Connect.
- Sign in to TikTok Shop, select the seller account, and approve Sqquid.
- Return to the new Connection’s Setup page.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Choose pooled inventory or inventory by warehouse. If you enable inventory by location, map each participating Sqquid Location to its TikTok warehouse. At least one mapping is required.
Review automatic product enrollment, package presets, and label settings. Complete the required Setup checks and enable the Connection.

Sync behavior
Section titled “Sync behavior”Test one matching seller SKU and check inventory at the expected warehouse. Sqquid updates existing listing inventory; it does not create TikTok listings.
Check an eligible order in Sqquid. For a TikTok Shipping order still awaiting shipment, test rate selection and label purchase through your fulfillment workflow.
Why is an order blocked by its warehouse?
Section titled “Why is an order blocked by its warehouse?”When inventory by location is on, the order’s TikTok fulfillment warehouse must map to a Sqquid Location. Add the correct mapping and review the order sync.
How do I refresh authorization?
Section titled “How do I refresh authorization?”Select Reconnect under General and approve access for the same seller account.
