Connect BigCommerce
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Permission to install apps in the intended BigCommerce store
- The store hash requested during setup
- Stable, unique SKUs for sellable variants
- An enabled product source in Sqquid
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Open Connections in Sqquid and select BigCommerce → Connect.
- Enter the store hash when prompted.
- Continue to BigCommerce and install Sqquid.
- Return to the Connection’s Setup page.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Choose who maintains product fields and whether inventory is pooled or sent by location. Map participating Locations if you enable location inventory.
If you enable return import, choose the fulfilling Location or a fixed return Location. Complete the required checks in Setup, then enable the Connection.

Sync behavior
Section titled “Sync behavior”Check one existing variant’s SKU, content, price, and inventory after syncing. Then check an eligible order and a shipment update. Test returns if your Account uses them.

What is the store hash?
Section titled “What is the store hash?”It is the store identifier in an address such as store-abc123.mybigcommerce.com. In this example, the hash is abc123.
How do I refresh app access?
Section titled “How do I refresh app access?”Use Reconnect on the existing Connection and authorize the same store.
