Search and filters
The Products list can be narrowed three ways: the search box, the Filters panel, and the quick tag pills above the table. All of them apply to the Connection you currently have selected.
Search
Section titled “Search”Type in the search box to search the whole catalog for this Connection. Search covers titles, descriptions, SKUs, brands, categories, and indexed variant attributes. A matching variant can bring up its parent product.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Select Filters to open the filter panel. Filters query the full product catalog for this Connection, not just the current page. The button shows a badge with the number of active filters, and Clear all filters resets them.
Available filters:
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Brands | Limit to one or more brands. |
| Identifier + Values | Paste a list of SKUs or ALUs (one per line) to look up specific items. |
| Sync mode | Full sync or Inventory only. |
| On sale | Products with a variant whose Compare at value is lower than its Price value. |
| Sync enabled | Products with Sync Enabled or Disabled. |
| Last sync result | Successful, Errors, or Not synced yet. |
| Inventory | Quantity comparison (=, <, <=, >, >=), optionally scoped to one inventory location. |
| Created after / before | By creation date. |
| Exported after / before | By last successful export date. |
The Last sync result → Errors filter is the quickest way to review every product with a sync error across the whole catalog. See Sync errors.
Quick tags
Section titled “Quick tags”The tag pills above the table give one-click shortcuts, each with a count:
- All removes the tag filter.
- Low Stock shows items with inventory between 1 and 5.
- Sync Errors shows items whose last export failed.
- Missing Required Fields shows items with validation errors, such as a missing SKU.
Save a view
Section titled “Save a view”Select Views to save the current combination of filters, tag, sorting, column order, and column visibility as a named view, so you can return to it later. Views are saved per Connection and per user.
- Save New creates a view with the name you enter; Update Selected overwrites an existing one.
- The built-in Default view starts with the recommended columns and no filters. When you show, hide, or reorder columns while Default is selected, your column setup is saved to it automatically.
The page’s address also reflects the current search, filters, and sorting, so you can share a filtered list by copying the URL.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”The footer shows how many parent products match (Showing n of total parent products) and lets you switch between 25, 50, or 100 products per page. Counts refer to parent products; variants are not counted separately.
