Settings

Select Settings at the bottom of the Sqquid app navigation to manage your personal details, Account access, and the way your operation runs.

Check the selected Account before making changes. My Profile belongs to your login; the other sections manage the selected Account. If your Organization has several Accounts, switch to the one you want to manage first. See Organizations, Accounts, and Connections for how they fit together.

Find the right setting

Section in Settings	What you can do
My Profile	Change your name or password.
Billing	Check your plan, download invoices, update payment details, or cancel an Account.
Users	Add staff, change roles, and remove Account access.
Locations	Add or update stores, warehouses, addresses, contact details, and business hours.
Fulfillment	Set the fulfillment start date and customize packing slips.
Order Routing	Choose how Sqquid assigns order items to Locations and preview the results.
API Keys	Create and remove credentials for software that accesses your Account.
Exports	Download inventory and product identifiers as CSV files.
Reports	Enable or disable recurring inventory discrepancy reports.
3rd Party Access	Review partner requests and approve or revoke access.

The sections you see depend on your access, plan, and enabled features. Some pages let you review information but require an Administrator to make changes.

Use the close button at the top of Settings to return to your previous screen. Save any changes you want to keep first.

Settings for an individual store or service, such as product sync or shipping options, live with that Connection. Follow its Connection guide for those steps.
