Google Shopping products and inventory

Full sync uses the variant SKU as the Google offer ID. Inventory-only sync looks for a matching variant offer, but has the limitation described below.

Check variant inventory

In inventory-only mode, an update can use the parent SKU as its offer ID even when the matching Google offer uses the variant SKU. Check each variant in Merchant Center after a test sync. Contact Sqquid support if the parent and variant SKUs differ or the quantity reaches the wrong offer.

The product data-flow preset and field matrix control product content. New products can start in full sync or inventory-only sync. The exporter matches offer IDs by SKU. The ALU/UPC fallback control shown in settings does not provide a different matching method for this Connection.

Enable Buy Local adds local product records. Local inventory updates also require inventory by location and a location map on the Connection, plus the relevant local inventory program setup in Merchant Center. Confirm that setup with Sqquid support before relying on local availability.

Sqquid sends US, English-language product records in USD. Confirm that this matches the Merchant Center account before enabling the Connection.

Google may accept a batch while rejecting individual products. Review the returned product errors after each test.
