Reports

The Online Inventory Discrepancy report compares a saved snapshot of online stock with the quantity Sqquid prepared for export. It supports eligible Shopify and TikTok Shop Connections.

This report requires Enterprise access and enablement by Sqquid. Contact help@sqquid.com if you need it for your Account.

Once available, turn weekly snapshots on or off in Settings > Reports.

Read the report

Section titled “Read the report”
  1. Open Reports in Sqquid.
  2. Choose the Connection from the selector.
  3. Check the latest snapshot’s completion time.
  4. Review the SKU, Location, Sqquid quantity, online quantity, and difference.
  5. Select Download CSV for the full report when a completed file is available.

The preview may show only part of the report. An empty completed snapshot means it found no discrepancies; it is different from having no completed snapshot yet.

Investigate a difference

Section titled “Investigate a difference”

The report is a snapshot, not a live stock count. Compare it with the timing of recent imports and exports before correcting data.

Check SKU matching, Location mappings, and Dynamic Buffers. If the difference persists, follow the troubleshooting steps for the source and Sqquid or Sqquid and an ecommerce Connection.
