Returns

Return import records activity from a connected sales system in Sqquid. It does not, by itself, issue a payment refund to the customer.

To review an order’s return history or create a return in the app, follow Order returns.

Check that the original order exists in Sqquid and that the Connection supports return import. Where available, enable return import and choose whether inventory goes to the fulfilling Location or a fixed return Location.

Review the quantities and destination before continuing the return workflow. A completed refund record does not confirm that physical stock has arrived back at the store.

If a return fails to sync on the third attempt, Sqquid marks it as Skipped and stops automatic attempts. Resolve the error, then retry the existing return in Sqquid. Follow Return sync errors for the steps.

For RunIt export, the original order must have reached RunIt successfully so Sqquid can link the return to the receipt. Contact help@sqquid.com if an imported return cannot be matched to its order.
